Roxy - > Times Square, NY - my favorite place to just wander in New York City, Times Square? Really? every jaded new yorker hates Times Square! They hate “all the tourists” all the people, but really everyone here is a tourist, I love times square.
I love times square for two reasons. One It’s like a modern day city of Babylon, an 8th wonder of the world, a monument to monumental consumerism and a shrine to the power of man made success, I’m still impressed.
and two, it is one of the only places you can go and see people continually be amazed at any hour of the day. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week you can just go to times square and just watch a new human being experience amazement. Every second, a new one. now they even got chairs there for you to sit and watch them all. its magical.

In celebration of the Childrens Museum of The Arts (CMA), this Times Square-esque ball, is poised to climb to the sky. However the ball will not raise to its grand commencement unless people take action on twitter to promote the CMA, creating a direct causality between what people promote on twitter and what occurs in reality, and allowing everyone to be a part of ushering in the new era of creativity for the CMA.
